Our favorite early autumn lattes

Rich pecan pie, chocolate, superfood, and maple syrup… autumn’s most coveted lattes are rich, decadent, and surprisingly healthy. Packed with antioxidants+, these (mostly) naturally-sweet fall-flavored lattes are sure to perk you up, boost your immune system, and get your mouth watering.

Maple Pecan Pie Latte

With freshly toasted pecans, brown sugar, butter, full-fat coconut cream, and a pinch of salt this bulletproof Maple Pecan Pie Latte is not only a work of latte art; it also increases your metabolism and helps fend off pesky autumn sniffles as maple syrup is a known antimicrobial that helps your body fight harmful bacteria.

QB Tip: To accentuate the pecan pie aroma, try preparing this latte with Southern Pecan coffee.

Healthy Vegan Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte

This Healthy Vegan Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte is everything a chocolate and pumpkin spice lover could ask for — delicious coffee, real pumpkin purée, cocoa powder, pumpkin spice, and coconut whipped cream. The best part? It’s healthy! No artificial sugar. No unhealthy fats, just antioxidants, fiber, and flavor. To balance out the cocoa powder and pumpkin purée, we recommend making this coffee with a full-bodied, chocolate-toned coffee such as Organically Peru Dark Coffee or Witch’s Brew.

Iced Brown Sugar Latte

Made with freshly brewed coffee AND chia tea, this iced brown sugar phenomenon is bold, bright, and packed with early autumn flavors. Lighter in texture and mouthfeel than its maple-based counterparts, this lovely Iced Brown Sugar Latte is delightfully refreshing on a warm autumn day.

QB Tip: If using strongly brewed coffee, we recommend using a brighter, lighter coffee, such as Organically-grown Colombian Campesina or Mills 1860 Blend; heavier coffees will overpower the chia tea.

Candy Apple Latte

Few things scream autumn like candied apples and sweet caramel drizzle. The Candy Apple Latte fuses these fabulous fall flavors into what can only be called you’ll-want-to-drink-it-all-day adult candy coffee. To prepare the Candy Apple Latte you’ll need strong coffee, apple syrup, and a sprinkle of hot pepper flakes to balance out the sweetness.

QB Tip: If you enjoy apple syrup or apple sauce, double the apple syrup recipe — it tastes great on pancakes, in a regular cup of coffee, and over ice cream.

Roasted Hazelnut Mocha Latte (boosted with ashwagandha!)

A hug in a mug? Here it is! Elevated from latte to superfood with heart-healthy ashwagandha, one sip of this Roasted Hazelnut Latte boosts your mood and balances your body. Made with freshly roasted hazelnuts, blended medjool dates (a great sugar alternative!), ashwagandha powder, and cocoa powder this immune-boosting, mind-calming Roasted Hazelnut Mocha Latte is as delicious as it is salubrious. We recommend making this lovely latte with a heavier, darker roasted coffee such as an Organically-grown Italian Roast or French Roast.

QB Tip: If you find the medjool dates create too thick of a texture, try making your own date sugar or purchasing a date sugar from your local market.

Maple Cinnamon Vanilla Latte

This delectable Maple Cinnamon Vanilla Latte fuses vanilla, fresh maple, and an array of warm spices into a lovely calming cup. This is a beautifully subtle latte. If you are looking for a drink with more maple flavor, check out our Autumn Harvest Latte.
