Pumpkin spice coffee milkshake

It’s pumpkin spice time! Are you ready for those autumn flavors, but it is still too hot outside? An ice cream milkshake infused with pumpkin goodness is just the thing! Need an extra kick? Add some bourbon and you have the perfect seasonal boozy milkshake of your dreams!

What you will need

4 large scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 cups Pumpkin Spice coffee from TheQueenbean.com
1 cup milk
2 scoops pureed pumpkin
2.5 oz. bourbon (*optional and to your taste)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon sugar
fresh whipped cream
caramel sauce (*optional)

• Combine the pumpkin with your ice cream by slowly folding the 2 ingredients together until the texture is smooth. Add nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon sugar into the mixture and fold once more.

• Add the now smoothly blended pumpkin ice cream to your blender with the milk, brown sugar, and coffee.

• If you would like to make this shake boozy, now is the time to add the bourbon into your mixture.

• Blend until smooth and pour into your favorite glass. Fill the glass about 80% and top generously with your favorite whipped cream. Swirl caramel sauce on the top if you are so inclined.

Makes 4 – 6 servings of delicious pumpkin spice coffee milkshakes!
