The earliest coffee frappe is said to have been created by Nescafé in Greece. The Vigorous shaking of instant coffee with ice, water or milk, and sugar resulted in a refreshing and surprisingly popular concoction. Over the years recipes have evolved to include many interesting and scrumptious variants of flavors, sweetness, techniques, and names. While the proper pronunciation of the name (FRAP or FRAP-PAY) varies by region, individual and seller one thing is certain this blended iced beverage is decidedly delicious!
