Café QweenBean

A deliciously decadent hot coffee cocktail featuring French vanilla coffee from TheQueenBean.com

qween!

What you need:

1 cup TheQueenBean.com French vanilla coffee (equally as good with regular or decaf)
Whipped cream*
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Tia Maria
1 sugar cube

Pre-heat your coffee cup; I do this by running it under hot water before I pour. Add your liquor and sugar into the cup and stir. Next, add your freshly brewed coffee, and layer the whipped cream on top.

*For these recipes I made my own whipped cream using heavy cream, vanilla, and confectioners sugar.

1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract**
3 tbsp. Confectioners sugar

** I typically use 1/2 tsp., but I increased it slightly because the vanilla really brings out the vanilla flavor in the coffee. For the cinnamon whipped cream, I whipped in 1 tsp. of cinnamon sugar, adjusting for taste as I went, but all the recipes would be equally as delicious with a whipped cream of your choice!
