Coffee cream sandwich cookies

Sandwich cookies - whether you are a Moon Pie fan or a Milano maniac this much-loved cookie is a favorite coffee break treat. Here is my interpretation of a 'Double Stuf Oreo' only better because the creamy center is coffee-flavored. Enjoy!

Hearing things lately? Depending on how great an adventurer you are, what I am about to tell you will either be viewed as gravely disturbing or delightful, in a twisted sort of way. Recent studies have found that people with high stress, who drink three or more cups of coffee per day are more likely to hallucinate.

Salted caramel mocha

The fall season fills many coffee lovers' minds with thoughts of pumpkin spice yumminess. While I am in no means denying the appeal of a perfect pumpkin spice latte, caramel is my autumnal confection of choice. To celebrate the luscious, deep, rich, sugary goodness, I have concocted this easy to prepare salted caramel mocha. Enjoy!

Coffee kissed cheesecake

Technically a pie, the cheesecake has evolved over time. The origins may go as far back as ancient Greece. Variations of the classic recipe have traversed oceans gaining and losing many ingredients along its route. European style cheesecake may use ricotta cheese or mozzarella. For me, a former Brooklynite, cream cheese is the way to go. Here is a lovely cheesecake recipe, adding coffee to the classic mix. Enjoy!
