Coconut cream pie latte

If you love the taste of a velvety coconut cream pie, you’re in luck! This lovely, Coconut Cream Pie latte recipe is surprisingly light, undeniably tasty, and captures the essence of one of our favorite summer desserts. Best of all, it can be made in less than five minutes!


Step 1: Add the following to a 12-oz. mug:

  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

Step 2: Add 8 ounces coffee to your mug and mix well. If you enjoy flavored coffee, try using Coconut Cream Pie coffee.

Step 3: Add 1/2 cup coconut milk to your mug.* If you are heating the milk, heat it until it is warm to the touch. You can also froth the milk before adding it to the coffee to create additional texture.

Step 4: Top with milk foam and / or whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.

Step 5: Enjoy!

*We used 1/2 cup of coconut milk and enjoyed it but the quantity of milk added is really up to personal taste! Regular milk or cream can be used in place of coconut milk.
