Coconut chocolate espresso martini

Coconut coffee and chocolate — what a combination! Here is the Queen’s take on a coconut espresso martini (with a healthy dose of chocolate). Enjoy!


  • 3 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces Espresso
  • 1.5 ounces Creme de Cacao
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons simple vanilla syrup
  • Cocktail shaker half filled with crushed ice
  • Dark chocolate sauce


1.) Squeeze a ring of dark chocolate syrup into a shallow bowl. Take your favorite martini glass and gently swirl the rim over the sauce. Set this aside for later use.

2.) Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add vodka, creme de cacao, espresso, coconut cream, and vanilla syrup.

3.) Shake your cocktail briskly for at least 1 minute. The longer and faster you shake the more foam you will create!

4.) Pour your cocktail into your chocolate rimmed glass and enjoy!
