Peanut butter cup espresso martini

Can’t get enough of peanut butter and chocolate? Love espresso? If you answered yes to these questions, this peanut butter cup espresso martini is just the drink for you! Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Reese’s peanut butter pieces infused vodka (instructions below)
  • 1 ounce chocolate liqueur
  • 2.5 ounces espresso
  • 2 ounce cream
  • Cocktail shaker half filled with ice
  • Chocolate sauce and crushed peanut butter pieces for rimming your glass
  • Peanut butter cup for garnish

Directions

1.) Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice. Add espresso, vodka, cream, and chocolate liqueur.

2.) Shake vigorously for approximately one minute and set aside.

3.) Pour a circle of chocolate sauce on to one plate and your crushed Reese’s pieces onto another.

4.) Gently roll the rim of your glass over the chocolate sauce and then over the crushed pieces. Turn your glass upright.

5.) Give the shaker one final shake and then strain the contents into your martini glass.

6.) Cut a slit into the peanut butter cup and place it on the rim of your glass.

7.) Enjoy!


Infused vodka

Pour 4 ounces of peanut butter pieces into a sealed plastic bag. Crush the pieces and pour them into a small jar containing 8 ounces of vodka. Seal the jar tightly and allow the mixture to steep for at least 4 hours.
