Grasshopper pie latte!

Grasshopper Pie is a Mills family summertime favorite! The real pie has a sweet, rich marshmallow-based ice cream made from whipped cream, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao. This lovely mix is then left to freeze in a crisp chocolate wafer crust. To say this pie is scrumptious is an understatement — it’s magnificent! In our Grasshopper Pie Latte recipe, we’ve tried to replicate this creamy, flavorful treat in a latte that is equally delicious hot or cold. Enjoy!

Step 1: Add the following to a 12-oz. mug:

  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon chocolate sauce
  • 2 mini marshmallows or 1/2 teaspoon of white sugar

Step 2: Add a few drops of coffee to your cup and mix the ingredients together until well-blended.

Step 3: Add your coffee and mix well. If you enjoy flavored coffee, try using Grasshopper Pie coffee.

Step 4: Add your milk or cream. If you are heating the milk, heat it until it is warm to the touch. You can also froth the milk before adding it to the coffee to create additional texture.

Step 5: Top with milk foam and / or whipped cream and chocolate wafer crumbs.

Step 6: Enjoy!
