Coffee profile: Organic Peru Dark Roast

This organic, Smithsonian-certified, shade grown coffee grows on small farms, on the western slopes of the Andes Mountains, in Peru's Chanchamayo region. It is a strictly high grown (4-5K feet above sea level), 100% Arabica coffee.
