Autumn harvest latte

Inspired by our Autumn Harvest Blend, the Autumn Harvest Latte is a smooth, rich, brilliantly aromatic latte made from coffee, fresh maple syrup, and superfood spices, cinnamon and clove. Prepared in under two minutes, this lovely latte not only tastes delicious it is also packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and antimicrobials which help your body naturally fend off those pesky cool weather sniffles. Hope you enjoy it!

Step 1: Add the following to your mug (I’ve used a 12-ounce mug in the picture.):

  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/4th teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/16th teaspoon clove

Step 2: Fill your mug with freshly brewed coffee, stopping approximately 1/6th from the top if you wish to add milk. We recommend making this latte with a bold, rich dark roast such as Midnight Rebel coffee, or with an autumn flavored coffee like Autumn Harvest Blend.

Step 3: Add your milk or cream. If you are heating the milk, heat it only until it is warm to the touch. If you are frothing your milk, warm your milk before frothing it.

Step 4: Top with milk foam and / or whipped cream and some cinnamon.

Step 5: Enjoy!

  1. This sounds so delicious. A dark roast would perfectly compliment the molasses sweetness of syrup. I’ll have to save this recipe for an extra cold day.

Also, how perfect is that mug? Leggings, leaves and lattes are a magical combination.
